Two things arrived in Radbin this month, and both give you more control over the result.
Lightsmith: your own studio lights, moved live
Relight chooses a light for you and relights the scene in one click. Lightsmith hands you the lights. Find it on the Enhance tab, click Open the studio, and your photo opens in a light studio: add a light, drag it round your subject, put it in front or behind, and watch the light fall as you move it.
- Setups to start from. Built round the face it finds: Rembrandt, Low key, Backlight and more. Products get Three-point and Spotlight; rooms get Window light, Golden hour, Evening lamps and Night.
- Real lighting controls. Softbox, beauty dish, grid or snoot; colour temperature, gels and softness; and whether a light falls on the subject, the backdrop or both.
- Your photo stays your photo. No AI model redraws the picture. Lightsmith reads the photo's depth and shape once, then computes the light live on your computer.
- Layers, like everything else. Apply places the light as one layer, or one layer per light, and one undo removes it.
Trying lights is free; applying a result costs 2 credits. Lightsmith is in beta and needs Photoshop 2025 (26.0) or newer. Everything about Lightsmith.
Nano Banana 2.1 in Create
Google's newest Nano Banana is now the first model on the Create tab, made for sharp detail and clean text in images. Use it to edit a selection or to make a new image, with up to 13 reference images. It costs 2, 3 or 7 credits at 1K, 2K or 4K.
It needed no update: models are added on our side, so it is already in your panel. That makes ten models behind one prompt box. All ten, and what each costs.
I put it through ten tests against GPT Image 2 and FLUX 3. Here is how it did.
Version 1.1.5
The newest version of the panel also fixes a display problem on some Windows PCs, where labels sat above their buttons. If your panel shows the update bar, click Update now and Creative Cloud does the rest. New to Radbin? Download it and follow the two-minute install guide.
