Terms of Service
1. Who these Terms are between
These Terms are a contract between you and the seller named on your purchase receipt (“we”, “us”), who is authorised to license Radbin (“the Software”) to you on behalf of its owner. The owner of the Software, Pouya Eti, is an intended third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce the provisions that protect the Software and its intellectual property. By purchasing, downloading, installing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Software for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. The Software is not available where its sale or use would be prohibited by applicable sanctions or export laws, and you confirm you are not located in, and will not use the Software from, any such place.
3. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on up to three (3) computers, for personal or commercial work, for as long as you hold an active plan or unexpired pack credits (without a plan, only as described in section 4). The Software is licensed, not sold.
4. Plans, credits and packs
Radbin is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription that includes a monthly credit allowance, and as one-time credit packs. Monthly credits reset on your billing date and do not carry over; when a plan ends, its unused monthly credits end with it. Pack credits last ninety (90) days from purchase; the end of a plan does not shorten them. While a plan is active they can be spent on every tool. Without an active plan they can be spent only on the models in the Create tab, up to two generations at a time; the Enhance tools and the recipes need a plan. Pack credits are spent after monthly credits, those expiring soonest first. Credits are spent when a generation completes; credits for a generation that fails are returned automatically. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy.
A yearly plan's monthly credits keep resetting every month for the whole paid year, even if you cancel or move to another plan. Only a refund or a payment dispute ends them early. If you hold two plans at once, each resets its own credits on its own date.
The number of credits a tool or model costs is shown in the Software before you run it and may change; a change applies to generations run after it. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled, and yearly plans receive a reminder email before renewal.
Immediate delivery. Radbin is digital content delivered the moment payment completes: your licence key and credits are issued at once. By purchasing you expressly request that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that, where a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right would otherwise apply (for example in the EU or the UK), you lose that right once delivery has begun.
5. Third-party AI models
Generations are produced by third-party AI models operated by their providers. Their availability, behaviour and output quality are outside our control, and we may change which model powers a tool, add or retire tools, models and recipes, at any time. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected, may resemble output produced for other people, and is not guaranteed to be unique or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it or publish it.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Software to create, edit or distribute content that:
- is sexual or exploitative involving minors, in any form;
- is intimate or sexual imagery of a real person without that person's consent;
- depicts a real person in a way intended to deceive, defame, harass, extort or impersonate them;
- infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights of any person;
- is unlawful where you are or where it is published, or violates the acceptable-use policies of the underlying model providers.
You must have the right to process every image you submit, including any consent required from people who appear in it. We apply automated content checks and may refuse, remove or report content that violates this section.
7. Restrictions
- Do not redistribute, resell, lease, share or sublicense the Software or your licence key.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, extract prompts from, or modify the Software, or interfere with its licensing or content checks.
- Do not use automated means to place generations outside the Software, or use the Software to build a competing service.
- Do not circumvent usage limits, device limits or account blocks, for example by creating additional accounts.
8. Fair use and fraud prevention
To protect the service and other customers we may apply temporary usage limits (for example a daily limit during an account's first week), ask you to verify a purchase, or refuse service where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. A limit never removes credits you have paid for; they remain yours to use once it lifts.
9. Payment disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, write to us first: we answer quickly and would rather fix it with you than through your bank. If a payment is disputed with your card issuer instead, we may take back the credits that payment bought, disconnect your computers and close the account, and a later purchase from the same person may be refunded rather than fulfilled.
10. Your content and feedback
You keep ownership of the images you create with Radbin. You are responsible for making sure your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable law and the terms of the underlying models. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
11. Intellectual property
Radbin, its name, design, prompts, tool pipelines and recipes are owned by Pouya Eti and protected by copyright and other laws. This licence grants no ownership rights. Copyright complaints: support@pouyaeti.com.
12. Warranty disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any output will meet your needs. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; in that case they apply to the extent permitted.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor the owner of the Software is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from the Software or its output. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid in the three (3) months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Your indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless us and the owner of the Software from claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from images you submit, content you create or publish with the Software, or your breach of these Terms.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a licence that violates these Terms, that is used for fraud or abuse, or whose payment is refunded or disputed. On termination for breach, remaining credits are forfeited and you must stop using the Software. You may end these Terms at any time by cancelling your plan.
16. Changes
We may update the Software and these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Software or by email before they take effect; continued use after that means you accept them. If you do not accept a change, cancel your plan.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to write to us and give us thirty (30) days to resolve the issue. Any claim not resolved that way must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek an injunction to protect intellectual property in any competent court. To the extent permitted by law, claims are brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.
18. General
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Software. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of the business. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers.
Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Radbin software, its servers and this website. It is operated by the maker of Radbin; contact support@pouyaeti.com for anything in it.
1. What we collect
Account: your email address and name (from your purchase, processed by Kajabi), your licence key, and the computers it is activated on.
Usage: which tools and settings are used, whether jobs succeed or fail, error messages, the plugin version, Photoshop version, operating system, screen size, locale and timezone. This tells us what breaks and what to build next.
Connection and device: the IP address of each request, the identifiers the plugin reports for each connected computer, and the approximate location (country and city) derived from the IP address. We use these to deliver results to the right computer, to enforce the three-computer limit, to detect fraud and abuse, and to answer payment disputes. For that last purpose we may share them with our payment processor and the card networks.
Images and prompts: the pixels you select, any reference images you attach and any text you type are sent to the AI provider for that job and the result is returned to you. We keep a copy of the finished result for a short retention window (a few days) so it can be re-downloaded from History, then it is deleted. Prompts are checked automatically against our content rules.
Legal basis (where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies): account, licence and image data are processed to perform our contract with you; connection, device and usage data on the basis of our legitimate interests in running a secure service, preventing fraud and defending legal claims; marketing email only with your consent.
2. What we do not do
- We do not train models on your images or prompts.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not store your payment card details; Kajabi and its payment processor do.
3. Third parties
AI providers process your selected pixels and prompts to produce results, under their own privacy terms. We currently reach them through Kie.ai and Replicate, and the models include those made by OpenAI, Google, ByteDance, Alibaba and xAI; the list changes as models come and go. Kajabi handles purchases, login and your member area. Amazon Web Services hosts our servers and storage in the United States. Analytics on this website may use cookies to measure visits.
4. Where your data goes
Our servers are in the United States and the AI providers may process data in other countries. Where the law of your country requires it, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold, object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and opt out of marketing email at any time, by writing to support@pouyaeti.com. Deleting your account ends your licence. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
6. Retention
Account information is kept while your plan is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Results are deleted after the retention window. Usage data is kept in aggregate. Connection and device records are kept for as long as a payment can still be disputed, which is normally no longer than 18 months after your last activity.
7. Security
Traffic between the Software and our servers is encrypted. Each computer holds its own access token, which you can revoke from your account page or from the Software. No method is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Radbin is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We will announce significant changes to this policy by email or in the Software.
Refund Policy
Radbin is a subscription that can be cancelled at any time. Because every generation costs us real compute the moment it runs, purchases are non-refundable, including monthly and yearly plans and credit packs. Instead:
- A generation that fails refunds its own credits, automatically, every time.
- You can cancel in two clicks from your account page and keep access to the end of the paid period.
- Yearly plans keep refilling every month for the whole paid year and can be cancelled before renewal; the current year is not refunded.
The First Twenty guarantee (launch week)
For a plan bought during launch week, from the moment Radbin opens on 28 September 2026 until 2 October 2026, 23:59 Los Angeles time: if you have used no more than twenty (20) credits, you may ask for a full refund of that purchase within seven (7) days of buying it, by writing to support@pouyaeti.com from the address you bought with. We refund to the original payment method; the credits and launch bonuses that came with the purchase are removed. After twenty credits or seven days, the policy above applies. One refund per customer.
If something went wrong with a purchase, for example a duplicate charge or a payment for a plan you already hold, write to support@pouyaeti.com and we will put it right. Refunds we make go to the original payment method. If a refund is issued, the credits it bought are removed.
