Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, installing or using Radbin (“the Software”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. Licence
Pouya Eti grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Radbin on up to three (3) computers for personal or commercial use, for as long as you hold an active plan.
3. Plans, credits and packs
Radbin is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription that includes a monthly credit allowance, and as one-time credit packs. Monthly credits reset on your billing date and do not carry over. Pack credits last twelve (12) months from purchase and can only be spent while a plan is active. Credits are spent when a generation completes; credits for a generation that fails are returned automatically. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
4. Third-party AI models
Generations are produced by third-party AI models operated by their providers. Their availability, behaviour and output quality are outside our control, and we may change which model powers a tool at any time. Do not use the Software to create content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or violates the acceptable-use policies of those providers.
5. Restrictions
- Do not redistribute, resell, lease or sublicense the Software or your licence key.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Software.
- Do not use automated means to place generations outside the Software.
- Do not use the Software for unlawful purposes or to create abusive, deceptive or infringing content.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the images you create with Radbin. You are responsible for making sure your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable law and the terms of the underlying models. You must have the right to process any image you submit.
7. Intellectual property
Radbin, its name, design, prompts, tool pipelines and recipes are owned by Pouya Eti. This licence grants no ownership rights.
8. Warranty and liability
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pouya Eti is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate a licence that violates these Terms. On termination you must stop using the Software.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be announced in the Software or by email.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pouya Eti operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
Account: your email address and name (from your purchase, processed by Kajabi), your licence key, and the computers it is activated on.
Usage: which tools and settings are used, whether jobs succeed or fail, error messages, the plugin version, Photoshop version, operating system, screen size, locale and timezone, and the approximate location derived from your connection. This tells us what breaks and what to build next.
Images: the pixels you select are sent to the AI provider for that job and the result is returned to you. We keep a copy of the finished result for a short retention window (a few days) so it can be re-downloaded from History, then it is deleted. Reference images you attach are handled the same way.
2. What we do not do
- We do not train models on your images or prompts.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not store your payment card details; Kajabi does.
3. Third parties
AI providers process your selected pixels to produce results, under their own privacy terms. Kajabi handles purchases, login and your member area. Amazon Web Services hosts our servers and storage. Analytics on this website may use cookies to measure visits.
4. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold, and opt out of marketing email, by writing to support@pouyaeti.com. Deleting your account ends your licence.
5. Retention
Account information is kept while your plan is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Results are deleted after the retention window. Usage data is kept in aggregate.
6. Children
Radbin is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
7. Changes
We will announce significant changes to this policy by email or in the Software.
Refund Policy
Radbin is a subscription that can be cancelled at any time. Because every generation costs us real compute the moment it runs, purchases are non-refundable, including monthly and yearly plans and credit packs. Instead:
- A generation that fails refunds its own credits, automatically, every time.
- You can cancel in two clicks from your account page and keep access to the end of the paid period.
- Yearly plans can be cancelled before renewal; the current year is not refunded.
If something went wrong with a purchase, for example a duplicate charge, write to support@pouyaeti.com and we will put it right.
